Genuine Moonstone & Sterling Silver Dangle Earrings · Hammered Silver

Gorgeous genuine Rainbow Moonstone gemstone briolettes have been wire wrapped in sterling silver, and suspended from hand hammered silver rings. The gems sway from handmade solid Sterling silver hook style ear wires.

The Sterling silver was oxidized (aged/antiqued) to a dark charcoal finish, then hand brushed and polished to bring out the silver highlights. This gives an organic, natural finish with depth. The hammered silver rings have a slightly matte finish.

These rainbow moonstones have a semi-transparent white base color with beautiful natural schiller: iridescent flashes of blue, teal, and occasionally orange and yellow colors that change with the direction of light hitting the stones. The moonstone briolettes are cut in a "pear" shape, and faceted to catch the light.

Moonstone is one of the birthstone for the month of June.
