Petite genuine rainbow moonstone gemstones are wire wrapped in antiqued raw copper & attached to hand hammered raw copper discs. These sway from handmade raw copper hook style ear wires. \
I oxidized (aged/antiqued) the pure copper wire to a dark charcoal patina, then hand brushed and polished to bring out the shiny highlights. This creates an organic, slightly rustic finish with both depth & shine. The ear wires and hammered coins are shiny pure copper.

These natural, genuine moonstone gemstones have a semi-transparent white base color with beautiful natural schiller: iridescent flashes of blue, teal, and occasionally orange and yellow colors that change with the direction of light hitting the stones. The moonstone briolettes are cut in a "pear" shape, and polished to a buttery smooth texture.

Moonstone is one of the birthstones for June.
