Gorgeous genuine Rainbow Moonstone gemstone briolettes have been wire wrapped in sterling silver, suspended from small wire wrapped moonstone gemstones, and sway from handmade sterling silver hook style ear wires.
The sterling silver was oxidized (antiqued) to a deep charcoal finish, then hand brushed and polished to bring out the silver highlights. This gives an organic finish with depth.

These rainbow moonstones have a semi-transparent white base color with beautiful natural schiller: iridescent flashes of blue, teal, and occasionally orange and yellow colors that change with the direction of light hitting the stones. The moonstone briolettes are cut in a "pear" shape, and polished to a buttery smooth texture. The small moonstone rondelles are smooth and polished.

Moonstone is one of the birthstone for the month of June.
