Dainty genuine aquamarine gemstones have been wire wrapped in sterling silver and sway from handmade sterling silver ear wires. The sterling silver was oxidized (antiqued) to a deep charcoal finish, then hand brushed and polished to bring out the silver highlights. This gives an organic finish with depth.

These aquamarine are a variety known as "moss aquamarine", with natural inclusions of iron within them, giving them a moss-like appearance. The color of these genuine moss aquamarine are a pale green with hints of aqua blue. These gems are cut in a "pear" briolette shape, and faceted for light reflection and eye-catching sparkle.

Aquamarine is the birthstone for the month of March.
